
GE1 Eco-friendly Gravure Surface Printing Ink
GE1 environmentally friendly gravure printing ink is made of imported high-quality pigments and alcohol-soluble resins through strict quality control. It is an environmentally friendly ink that does not contain benzene and ketones. It has the characteristics of high color concentration, high gloss, low odor and low solvent residue. It is suitable for surface-treated BOPP, CPP and PE substrates.

- The ink film is smooth, has strong thermal resistance, good shallow net transfer, distinct levels, strong tone reproducibility, suitable for printing from low speed to high speed.
Applicable substrate
- BOPP, CPP, PE, processing degree 38 dyne or more.
- Other substrates should be tested for printability before application.

White ink: zain 3# cup 12-14 seconds/25 ℃
Color ink: zain 3# cup 14-16 seconds/25 ℃

Precautions
- Ink should be fully stirred before printing.
- When the speed of the deep machine is slow, the ink printing viscosity should be increased.
- The ink does not have compound and heat sealing properties. It is not recommended to be directly used in cosmetics, grease cakes and cake cooking food packaging. If you have special requirements, please indicate when ordering.
