What is the preservation of liquid ink?

Why is there color difference when using liquid ink?

The reasons for the color difference may include insufficient stirring, uneven ink thickness, different printing speeds, and different drying temperatures. In order to avoid color difference, it is necessary to ensure that the ink is fully mixed and the printing process conditions are consistent.

Why does liquid ink appear crust phenomenon?

The solvent in the liquid ink is easy to volatilize in the air. When the container is not sealed well, the surface of the ink will contact with the air, causing oxidation to form a crust. Skin formation can be reduced by sealing the container immediately after use.

Why does liquid ink precipitate?

Precipitation is usually due to pigment particles sinking during storage. If the density difference between the pigment and the solvent or resin is large, the pigment may not be suspended and sink to the bottom. Proper stirring can re-disperse the pigment and prevent precipitation.

What is the composition of liquid ink?

(4), ink on the plate cylinder adhesion is too strong or ink scraper suitability (poor lubrication). Solution: (1), increase the scraper pressure, adjust the position and angle of the scraper. (4), reduce the printing ink viscosity or concentration.
