Guangdong Dekang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Kaiping City, Jiangmen, a renowned hometown of overseas Chinese in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, within the economically developed Pearl River Delta region. The Fokai and Kaiyang Expressways intersect with National Highway 325 here, and the area is crisscrossed with rivers, providing convenient land and water transportation.

The company brings together experienced experts, doctors, and technical professionals in the fields of ink and coating, dedicated to the R&D, production, and operation of specialty inks, solvent-based inks for plastic films, water-based inks, ink thinner, nitrocellulose solution (nitrocellulose solution for inks and coatings), ink and varnish resin solutions, and other chemical products.

In 2013, the company introduced a German PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automated production process control system, continuously improving its production equipment and processes. The company operates automated production lines for plastic printing inks (solvent-based, water-based, and nitrocellulose solution), with an annual production capacity of approximately 20,000 tons.
