
WAD Series Surface Printing Ink
WAD series table printing ink is the use of high-quality resin raw materials made of environmentally friendly high-grade ink. 1. product characteristics
- The main solvent in the ink is mainly edible alcohol and water;
- Good re-dissolution, anti-crust, anti-blocking version of good, not electrostatic;
- The dot exhibition color is good, overprint color is bright, the level is distinct, especially the shallow net transfer is very good;
- Scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance on the surface of printed products;
- Suitable speed: 80~250 m/min.
2. applicable substrate
- Mainly used for HDPE, LDPE, PO, OPP, EVA and other shopping bags, vest bags, express bags, roll bags and other plastic surface printing;
- The printed surface of the substrate must be corona treated with a degree of treatment of 38 dynes or more.

5. considerations
- Please stir the ink evenly before use;
- The oven temperature is controlled at about 50 ℃, and the air volume is kept at the maximum;
- Water-based ink requires intaglio graphics part below 35 microns, more than 35 microns will affect the printing speed;
- Adjust the machine speed according to the field environment (air volume, temperature, plate depth), and formulate the appropriate ratio of diluent;
- When diluting, ethanol and water should be mixed evenly first, and the amount of diluent should be controlled according to the printing requirements;
- The diluted ink and the remaining unused diluent should be fireproof;
- The remaining ink should be sealed in a barrel and stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid high temperature and exposure.
