The printing viscosity of ZW ink can vary according to the performance of the substrate, the depth of the gravure and other printing conditions. Generally, it can be printed by Zahn No. 2 cup at 25 ℃ with a flow rate of 18-25 seconds. The specific viscosity is determined by the customer's printing conditions.

The drying performance of ZW ink itself is good. After proper solvent dilution, the dry film of the ink after printing and drying has the advantages of low odor and low solvent residual value.

Avoid storing diluted ink, because the diluted ink is placed for a period of time and the toner is not easy to disperse again, the luster of the ink becomes worse, the color strength becomes weaker, and the problems such as pulling lines are easy to appear in printing.
