
GER Ester Soluble High Temperature Resistant Ink
GER ester-soluble high-temperature resistant ink is made of imported high-quality pigments and ester-soluble resins through strict quality control. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low odor and low solvent residue. It is suitable for CPP and SPP substrates that have been surface treated, and is especially suitable for printing on high-temperature handsheets.

Product characteristics
- Environmentally friendly, low odor, fast solvent release;
- High gloss, high color concentration, low viscosity, high solid content and good adhesion;
- The ink film is smooth, has strong resistance to thermal adhesion, good shallow net transfer, distinct levels, strong tone reproducibility, suitable for printing from low speed to high speed;
- Heat sealing within 180 ℃, no deinking and no burrs.

- Printing substrate: PE, CPP, SPP processing degree above 38 dyne
- Packing type: CPP tissue bag, PE breathable film
- Printing speed: suitable for printing from low speed to high speed range (60-400 m/min)
Recommended ratio of diluent
- Quick drying: ethyl ester/n-propyl ester/isopropyl alcohol = 75/ 15 /10
- Medium dry: ethyl ester/n-propyl ester/isopropanol = 50/30/20
- Slow drying: isopropyl alcohol/n-propyl ester/butyl ester/PMA = 20/55/20/5
- Depending on the printing plate depth and speed.

- White Ink: Zahn 3# Cup 11-15 Seconds/25 ℃
- Color ink: zain 3# cup 13-18 seconds/25 ℃
- Depending on the printing plate depth and speed.
Precautions
- Long-term storage may have a slight stratification phenomenon, shake before use;
