4. method of use
- Before use, stir the ink evenly, then dilute it with the ink and stir it evenly, then you can use it on the machine.
- There are four types of ink blending oil matched with this product: No. 0 fast-drying ink blending oil; No. 1 fast-drying ink blending oil; No. 2 medium-dry ink blending oil; No. 3 slow-drying ink blending oil; No. 4 special slow-drying ink blending oil. Generally, medium and dry ink is used, and customers can choose the appropriate ink according to the temperature and printing speed of the printing workshop.
- The auxiliary products matched with this product are tackifier (used to enhance ink adhesion) and brightening agent (used to increase ink brightness). The amount of tackifier is generally 8% of the weight of the ink. The tackifier must be stirred evenly before it can be used, and attention should be paid to the dryness of the ink to avoid soiling the woven bag.
- The recommended ratio of ink to varnish is 1:0.3~0.5.
