1. varieties and uses
GPP series table printing ink is dedicated to a variety of film surface printing gravure printing ink, with high color concentration, high gloss and high adhesion fastness, suitable for shopping bags, daily necessities, fiber bags, paper towels and food outsourcing and other light packaging.
2. application characteristics
- Low odor, low solvent residue, smooth ink film, high gloss, good anti-blocking, good adhesion fastness;
- Good printing leveling and transfer, good level pattern and fine dot reproducibility, four-color overprint clear;
3. Adaptation Substrate
Surface treated high low density polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE) and polyolefin (PO) films (surface tension ≥ 38 dynes).
Treated OPP and CPP films (surface tension ≥ 38 dynes); cellophane, cellulose films and some polyester films; paper, aluminum foil and polyvinyl chloride aluminized films.

White Ink: Zahn No.2 Viscosity Cup 17-20 Seconds 25 ℃
Color ink: zahn 2 viscosity cup 19-24 seconds 25 ℃
6. considerations
- This series of inks have poor high temperature resistance and grease resistance, and are not suitable for high temperature sealing and cutting and packaging bag printing containing a large amount of grease contents.
- All containing dyes or permeable color (such as lotus, purple, aristocratic blue, dark blue, pink, rose red) products printing all kinds of plastic film, need to pay special attention to color migration, permeability and anti-adhesive requirements.
