Product Description

HF-6 series is a low viscosity high solid containing polyurethane integrated composite ink, suitable for polyester (PET), nylon, BOPP and other film printing, does not contain benzene and ketone solvent environment-friendly gravure printing ink. The ink printing performance is excellent, the residual solvent is very low, especially suitable for high-speed printing requirements.

  • Does not contain benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons, ketone solvents, environmental protection, health and excellent safety.
  • Low viscosity and high solid type, bright color, high color concentration, good leveling and dot reproducibility, excellent color printing effect.
  • Residual solvent is very low, suitable for pharmaceutical and food flexible packaging export requirements.
  • Environmentally friendly composite ink for high temperature cooking purposes.

Precautions

  • Before using this product should be fully stirred evenly, so that the ink has good fluidity.
  • Please check the matching of ink and printing materials before printing.
  • For PET, NY water boiling, cooking requirements, please confirm the compatibility with the adhesive.
  • Before using gold and silver ink, please confirm whether the ink is suitable for the process operating conditions.
  • When applied to high-temperature cooking technology, due to the differences in cooking conditions, materials and other factors of different manufacturers, special attention should be paid to the red series and purple series to do relevant tests before use.
  • This product is a single component printing ink, but for cooking or other special purposes can add 3 ~ 5% curing agent, add too much will cause the ink storage stability.
  • If it is printed on a nylon film, 3 to 4% of the curing agent should be added to avoid the risk of moisture in the film.
  • 121-135 ℃ ultra-high temperature cooking, if used, please confirm yourself first.
